Sassuolo's coach Roberto De Zerbi spoke in his post-match press conference following the 2-0 away win against Brescia.
“I know how hard Brescia are to play against with Eugenio Corini in charge, so this victory is worth double. It wasn’t just a game with the ball, but played with the brain, because we had to stay constantly focused. Manuel Locatelli is becoming a complete midfielder and I don’t see many better than him at the moment. He had dropped down the pecking order because he was a little sluggish, but has learned to always push himself. I am sure sooner or later, a big club will come and take him away. We are ambitious, but it is also true that we’ve had some surprising setbacks and strange defeats, so we also have to look over our shoulders and realise we need to keep the tension up.”
