Milan came back to Milanello to prepare the Thursday's Europa League match against Real Betis. The Rossoneri started the warm-up session at 11.30am, specifically a sequence of athletic exercises using low-lying obstacles and silhouettes; muscle activation was continued with some rondo's before moving on to the technical part. Successively, the team played a series of training matches: initially attack vs defense, 10 v 11 on the half pitch, then free training matches, 11 v 11 on the half pitch. Some players were rotated and carried out a strengthening exercise for their upper limbs after the training match. On Wednesday 24th, the match program at Milanello will include a press conference with coach Gattuso and a player at 2.30pm and a final training session - open to the press for the first 15 minutes - at 5.15pm.
