Milan resume training yesterday afternoon, after the two days of rest granted to the team by coach Gattuso. The players involved with their respective national teams were absent at Milanello.
Rossoneri immediately on the central pitch, after a brief rondo session, they began the muscular activation session with a series of stretching exercises followed by a series of ground stretching and strengthening exercises. After the first part dedicated to athletic work, the training continued with the team divided into three groups that alternated in different types of technical exercises with the ball. The session then rounded up with ball possession and a specific training match.
Today's program includes only one training session in the morning; meeting by 11am in the locker room.
The next Serie A TIM match for the Rossoneri will be on November 25th at Stadio Olipico against Lazio.
