For the second year running, Prato allo Stelvio in South Tyrol will play host to the Parma's pre-season training camp. Specifically, the team will be preparing for the new Serie A TIMseason in Vinschgau from the 8th to 21st July.
Two friendlies have been scheduled for this period, the first against a local team on Tuesday 16 July at 17:30 CEST and the second against a Serie D side on Sunday 21 July at 17:30 CEST. Information regarding further pre-season plans will be confirmed over the next few weeks. On the 5th and 6th, the Crociati will complete their usual pre-season medical assessments.
Prato allo Stelvio is one of the most characteristic places in the Alps, perfect for walking, mountain hiking and skiing – located at the foot of the Stelvio National Park.
This place is also full of history and culture. In addition to the archaeological excavations, there ire also the Churches of S. Giovanni and S. Giorgio, as well as the old Montechiaro Castle. Visiting here is a must for all Parma fans, as they can take in the delightful local surroundings while also following D’Aversa’s squad in the process.
