&lt;p&gt;The assembly of Serie A Clubs on Monday voted to accept an offer from DAZN and Sky to acquire the domestic broadcasting rights for the Serie A TIM for the next five seasons. The clubs voted with a majority of 17 in favour to accept the offer of 900 million euros a year for the TV rights from the 2024/25 season until the 2028/29 campaign (a combined €4.5 billion ($4.8 billion)). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Monday&#39;s vote means that the current system will continue, with DAZN&#39;s Internet-based platform broadcasting all of each weekend&#39;s 10 Serie A fixtures and three also being screened by satellite network Sky. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lega Serie A President Lorenzo Casini and CEO Luigi De Siervo spoke at a press conference at the end of the Assembly. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&#34;Today&#39;s Assembly, after a series of private negotiations with the broadcasters for the assignment of the domestic TV rights for the championship for the next seasons, had a successful conclusion, because the offer formalised by DAZN and Sky was accepted&lt;/em&gt; – said&lt;strong&gt; Lorenzo Casini&lt;/strong&gt; -. &lt;em&gt;The Lega Serie A with a very large majority, 17 votes in favour, approved the offer that will lead to entrusting Serie A and the rights of the league for the next seasons, from 2024 to 2029, to DAZN and Sky. I would like to thank CEO De Siervo for the work done in these months, with the Commission of the Clubs, it has been a very intense work. It was fundamental to start in advance and arrive at this negotiation in the best possible conditions in a very complicated context, also seeing what happens in the other Leagues”. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&#34;The early assignment of Serie A TV rights is something new, normally we arrived very close to the competition, we operated well in advance precisely to have a congruous time in which to face and discuss with broadcasters what could be the best configuration&lt;/em&gt; – declared &lt;strong&gt;Luigi De Siervo&lt;/strong&gt; -. &lt;em&gt;The agreement provides for a revenue sharing of 50% above 750M of DAZN&#39;s turnover. The choice therefore projects numbers, between technical costs and revenues, above an average of one billion over five years, without having any risks. Our filming standard is the same as the Premier League, what changes are the stadiums. In technical terms of filming we are absolutely up to the mark and indeed we receive constant compliments from everyone. We are calm, we have done all the possible checks and this in the end turned out to be the most ambitious solution in terms of economic goals because we start from a base result of 900 million per year, but we have the possibility to far exceed the turnover of the previous three years”&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
