&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alessandro Florenzi&lt;/strong&gt; has confessed that seeing a replay of his once-in-a-lifetime strike from near the halfway line against Barcelona in the Champions League this evening sends shivers down his spine. Commenting on his wonder-goal after the game, the defender revealed it&amp;#39;s the importance of the finish in gaining his side a precious point in Group E, rather than its beauty, that pleases him the most.&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ale, you&amp;#39;ve done something really special there.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  “Yes, it really was a fantastic goal, but I&amp;#39;m more pleased that it helped Roma secure an important point.”&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;strong&gt;Tell us what was going through your head as you pulled it off.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  “It was a great strike. I think everybody could see my face after it hit the back of the net: I was shocked and immediately put my hands on my head, what can you say at a time like that? It&amp;#39;s not as if it&amp;#39;s something that happens all the time. I&amp;#39;m getting shivers down my spine speaking about it now because it&amp;#39;s the first time I&amp;#39;ve watched it back. It&amp;#39;s a great feeling and it will definitely go down as one of my best memories in football.”&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;strong&gt;Did you realize how far away from the goal you actually were?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  “I saw that Edin Dzeko was marked up, so I thought I&amp;#39;d give it a go. At worst, it would miss the target and go out for a goal-kick. As it happened, I managed to score a great goal and I&amp;#39;m very happy.”&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;strong&gt;What do you think about the condition of the team at the moment?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  “We&amp;#39;ve hit a good run of form. Tonight we were able to keep out the best team in the world who have a whole host of superstars that are writing themselves into the history books in football. Our aim when we stepped out on the pitch today was to fight for every ball and never give up. We were united in trying to stop them. We managed to do just that and I think we also played some good football whenever we had the chance against such a top-class team. We&amp;#39;re very pleased and we&amp;#39;ll make sure we enjoy this evening, but then we have to switch our focus onto Sassuolo.”&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;strong&gt;The team was excellent in defense as well.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  “Our preparation going into this game was excellent. We knew where their strong points were, especially how well they play on the wings. We managed to keep it narrow and whenever they regained possession we were able to take up our defensive positions as quickly as possible. On the attacking side of things, Edin was excellent up-front in fighting for the long balls and helping us play further up the pitch.
