L`Italia ha bisogno di stadi nuovi, non basta più ristrutturare gli stadi esistenti come per Italia `90. Basta andare all`estero per vedere che così i problemi non si risolvono. E` vero che non tutti i club hanno la disponibilità di intervenire, ma c`è una volontà soprattutto nelle proprietà straniere, sull`onda di Juventus, Sassuolo, Bologna, Fiorentina, di investire nel nostro calcio. Si deve solo fare quello che all`estero è stato fatto 20 anni fa, non c`è nulla da inventare, ma da fare se vogliamo che il nostro calcio resti al vertice nel mondo&#34;&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style=&#34;text-align: justify;&#34;&gt;Il Presidente Scaroni si è soffermato anche sul tema dei diritti TV: &lt;em&gt;&#34;Sono moderatamente ottimista che chiuderemo ad un livello vicino a quello attuale, sono più preoccupato per il mercato americano dove invece abbiamo bisogno di essere visti in modo importante.
