The Partenopei bolstered their attack with&amp;nbsp;Diego Simeone, fresh from a stellar season with&amp;nbsp;Hellas Verona, and&amp;nbsp;Sassuolo&amp;nbsp;starlet&amp;nbsp;Giacomo Raspadori.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Georgian player of the year for the three previous seasons and scourge of commentators everywhere, arrived in Naples from&amp;nbsp;Dinamo Batumi. In order to strengthen the midfield, Napoli decided to make&amp;nbsp;Zambo Anguissa’s&amp;nbsp;loan deal from&amp;nbsp;Fulham&amp;nbsp;permanent, held onto&amp;nbsp;Lobotka&amp;nbsp;and signed&amp;nbsp;Ndombele&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;Tottenham Hotspur.&amp;nbsp;Fenerbahçe’s Kim Min-jae&amp;nbsp;was chosen to replace&amp;nbsp;Koulibaly&amp;nbsp;in the heart of the defence, while&amp;nbsp;Olivera&amp;nbsp;also joined from&amp;nbsp;Getafe&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;Østigård&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;Brighton.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;“We mustn’t let our fans regret having chosen us as the spokesmen for their passion on the pitch.
