This team has got fantastic potential so it doesn&amp;#39;t surprise me when we play well. What does surprise me is the fact we&amp;#39;re 12 points off fourth place.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&#34;text-align: justify;&#34;&gt;&lt;em&gt;&#34;I thought we were really good again today but there were spells when we let our focus slip – and we mustn&amp;#39;t do that. We have to be better mentally if we want to move up to the next level.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&#34;text-align: justify;&#34;&gt;&lt;em&gt;“The league table is a reminder of the fact that we need to improve. We have some highly talented players in this squad and others who can only get better. We shouldn&amp;#39;t be this far behind Atalanta, even if they are an excellent side.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&#34;text-align: justify;&#34;&gt;&lt;em&gt;&#34;If we want to get into the sort of position this team should be in, we need to work hard and make sure we become even stronger in future. Skill in itself won&amp;#39;t get you anywhere.
